5. Prohibited Use

You may not use BizReviews.pk for:

  • Posting fake, paid, or incentivized reviews
  • Harassing businesses or users
  • Spamming or advertising without authorization
  • Attempting to hack, destabilize, or misuse the Platform
  • Posting another person’s private information (phone, address, CNIC, etc.)

6. Business Listings

Businesses listed on BizReviews.pk may respond to reviews but must follow professional and respectful guidelines. BizReviews.pk is not responsible for the accuracy of business information provided by business owners or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, design, and technology belong to BizReviews.pk.
  • You may not copy, clone, or reproduce the Platform or its content without permission.

8. Disclaimer

BizReviews.pk is not responsible for:

  • Actions or responses of businesses listed on the platform
  • False or misleading reviews posted by users
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Losses resulting from decisions based on user-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of BizReviews.pk.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
